Shipping & Returns

At Complete Feet Ltd we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

All goods returned must be by prior arrangement via email/telephone and must be accompanied by the invoice number.

The Customer will cover the cost of return postage unless the return is being made due to an error on the part of the Company.  

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sales@complete-healthcare.co.uk before sending it back to check stock availability.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, refund or credit the Customer for Stock Products which are returned within 14 days of delivery provided that the Stock Products are unopened and returned in their original packaging and condition.  The Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%.
